Wig cap constructions can feel a little overwhelming if you are new to wigs. Never fear though! Below you will find some helpful info on the most common cap constructions.

MACHINE MADE CAP


Machine made caps are quick and easy to make and generally cost less than a hand-tied cap. This cap type is great for shorter styles and wearers who may require more volume in their style.

MONO PART CAP


Monofilament part caps have a hand-tied parting section to give you a natural look at the parting. This cap types allow for a natural look where parted and is often teamed with a lace front as shown here.

LACE FRONT CAP


A welded lace front caps allows you to style the hair away from your face whilst still achieving a natural look at the front hairline. Lace fronts are great for ladies who do not want to wear a fringe in their style.
