Here you will find answers to our most frequently asked questions. If you can't find the answer you're looking for then please don't hesitate to contact us.

 

Do you hold all the items on your website in stock? 

We don't hold every item in every colour in stock but we do hold popular styles and colours in stock. 

 

What happens after I place my order?

After you place an order on our website you will be emailed an order confirmation to let you know we've received your order. We will then begin processing it for you. Once your item is ready to ship you will receive an email with your tracking details. 

 

Can I return my item if it's not right for me? 

Yes you can. You can return any item that's not right for you by emailing us at customerservice@aspire-hair.com and letting us know you'd like to return. We will offer you the choice of an exchange or a refund. All refunds are minus postage. Our full terms and conditions when it comes to our returns policy can be found here

 

I'm not sure what cap construction will best suit me. Can you help?

Absolutely! We are always here to help as much as we can. It's what gets us out of bed each day :) You can check out our page "Wig cap constructions" for a quick run-through of the most popular wig cap designs or download our free Wig Workshop e-guide to assist you. You can also contact us if you need further help and assistance. 

 

Do you offer consultations?
