Aspire Hair accept payment for your order in the following ways....
- Paypal (no account needed)
- Over the telephone using your credit / debit card - You can pay using your Maestro / Mastercard / Solo / Visa / Visa Electron card
- Postal order (Please allow 5 working days for this to clear)
- Direct bank transfer (please contact us for our business account details)
- Payl8r - Split the payment of your purchase over 3, 6, 9 or 12 months using Payl8r. This is an in salon only option so please call us for more details.
- Klarna - Split the cost of your purchase via our website. Select KLARNA as an option to pay at checkout.
We do not store credit / debit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Your privacy is very important to us.
The delivery time for branded wigs and pieces such as Amore, Noriko & Trendco is currently 2 - 3 days, subject to your chosen colour being in stock. If the branded wig that you have ordered is not in stock you will be contacted via email or telephone and advised of the situation. You can then make the decision to continue with your order in a different colour choice, be issued a credit note/exchange or be refunded.
The Delivery time for all Jon Renau wigs is 5 - 7 working days subject to your chosen colour being in stock. All Jon Renau products are ordered directly from the manufacturer who are based in the U.S.A.
If the Jon Renau wig you have ordered is not in stock in your chosen colour you will be contacted via email or telephone and advised of the situation. You can then make the decision to continue with your order in a different colour choice or be refunded.
PLEASE NOTE: As all Jon Renau wigs are ordered in especially for you direct from the manufacturer in the USA we can only accept returns for a refund if the item is received back by us within 7 working days. You must also email us to advise of this return and complete a returns form.
For Jon Renau wigs returned within the stated 7 days we reserve the right to hold a £12 admin fee from your refund / exchange to put towards the shipping costs for your item back to the manufacturer.
Regretfully items sent back to us after the 7 working days can not be accepted as a return and will be sent back to you via Royal Mail special delivery service.

All wigs / units are sent out using Royal Mails special delivery service, gauranteed for delivery before 1pm the day after posting. We charge you a reduced price of £7.95 for P&P when in fact actual postage costs are in the range of £8.50 or above depending on the size of your order.
Postage and packaging is £7.95 within mainland UK regardless of the number of wigs / units you order. Delivery to any non -UK country starts at £26.00. Please see the shipping options at checkout for more details or email us at email@example.com.
International Shipping (Non UK)
Please be aware that you are responsible for shipping costs regardless of whether you actually receive your package. We cannot be responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions, or other regulations that apply in countries outside the UK. We encourage you to speak with your customs office if you have any questions. You are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply to the shipment of any products to your country. By law, we are obligated to report the exact amount of the sale on the Customs form.
As a customer, you are responsible to comply with International, National or local laws regulating importation of products that you may purchase. It is entirely your responsibility to NOT order items that are illegal to import into your country. There is usually not an importation problem, but occasionally they occur. The risk is yours. You will be responsible for the entire package cost if it is seized and we do not get it back.
If for any reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. If the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, you are still responsible for any shipping charges.
If an order is refused delivery by customs due to unauthorized ingredients or contents, Aspire Hair is not to be held responsible for any losses or costs incurred by the customer. If the shipment is abandoned the customer will not receive a refund or credit of any kind. If in any case we received a return of any shipment refused by customs authorities of any country, Aspire Hair will credit the customer for the value of the unopened and un-tampered products purchased. No refund on shipping charges incurred for the return of the shipment or shipping charges sending the product. If by sending the parcel back to us WE then incurr import charges then we reserve the right to refuse to take delivery.
Once the order has been shipped, you are responsible for paying for the order, plus shipping costs.
By ordering, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Customers orders are shipped via UPS, FED-EX or Parcelforce for all overseas customers. Charges are based on destination. Customers are responsible for all exported content. It is the consumers responsibility to know the laws and regulations for importing products into their country. Customers are responsible for any losses. Aspire Hair does not guarantee successful delivery due to import/export laws & regulations that the consumer is responsible for. It is the consumers sole responsibility to only order what is legal for sale in their country. Receiver is responsible for any and all duty and/or VAT.
Refund / Cancellation Policy
Please see the above information regarding this dependent on the brand you have ordered.
Please also note that postage charges to yourself (the customer) are non refundable.
A polite notice about your right to return you order.
As you probably already know, myself and the team here at Aspire work very hard to make the experience of selecting and purchasing your alternative hair as easy as possible for you. We understand that keeping stress and “faff” to a minimum is very important especially when you are already having to deal with medical hair loss.
However, it pains me to write that we have had an increasing number of items returned to us for refunds – almost exclusively toppers – that have clearly been worn out and about and then had the tag re-attached and returned to us for a full refund.
Please understand that if you return a wig or hair piece to us requesting an exchange or return we will not accept the piece back if the following are not met ….
- The piece is clean and fresh with no hairspray, perfume scent, body spray scent to it
- The tag is attached and HAS NOT been removed (and re-attached). Both ourselves and manufacturers are able to tell if they have been removed.
- The piece has been cut or, in the case of human hair and HD fibre, heat styled in any way.
- The piece has been blow-dried.
- The piece has been washed.
We appreciate how hard it can be to judge if your order is suitable or not when it’s right out of the box but if you are in any way unsure then please contact us and we can advise you.
