Please note that Ellen Wille wigs have to be imported by ourselves and as such we have to charge a restocking fee should you decide to return your Ellen Wille wig or topper to us.
Our restocking fee is £15 for each below the value of £200 (including VAT) and £30 per wig for wigs over the value of £200 (including VAT).
Please note thar orders for Ellen Wille wigs cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched from the manufacturers warehouse without incurring the above restocking fee.
To accept a return we ask that your Ellen Wille wig is returned to us within 14 days of it arriving with you. Wigs returned after this time frame will not be eligable for a refund.
Please contact us if you wish to return your Ellen Wille wig. Any returns received without contacting us will be refused and shipped back to you.
Please ensure that you return your wig unworn and in brand new condition. Items received back to have clearly been worn or adapted will not be accepted.
Returns should be sent using a trackable postal service and we cannot accept any responsibility for the cost of this or items lost in the post.
