Returns Policy
- You must notify us via email (customerservice@aspire-hair.com) within 7 days of the date your order was dispatched if you wish to return a wig or topper.
- After approval, you have 7 additional days to return the item to us. (14 days return policy)
Please Note:
Returns for Jon Renau and Ellen Wille wigs or toppers incur a 10% handling and restocking fee.
How to Return an Item
- Authorisation Required: Email us before returning your item. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
- Packaging: Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached and in their original box and packaging.
- Condition:
- Items must be unworn, uncut, and unaltered.
- Must be free of any smells (perfume, smoke, pets, etc.) or adhesive residues.
- Shipping: Use a trackable postal service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery. You are responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receiving your return, using your original payment method.
- Items returned in an unsuitable condition will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to you.
Exchanges
- Follow the same process for notifying us within 7 days of dispatch.
- We will confirm the new item details via your preferred contact method.
- Exchanges will only be sent out once the original item is received and inspected.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty: Any suspected fault in the manufacturing process will be assessed by the manufacturer to confirm the suspected fault.
- Follea hair wigs and topettes
- Peluka Couture wigs and toppers
- Joli Cameleon wigs and toppers
- Custom-made wigs and toppers
- Items cut, coloured, resized, or altered before shipment
- Headwear, wig caps and grip bands.
- Care products such - brushes, combs, shampoo and conditioner etc.

- Ellen Wille: Returns incur a 10% handling and restocking fee.
