Description

Coco from Ellen Wille's Hairpower Collection is a natural and easy to wear style.

The Coco comes in a AVERAGE size. Coco consists of monofilament crown - a mesh that seems to be invisible on the skin and where the hair is weaved individually on a wefted cap in which the hair is artfully sewn on fine cotton tapes. The wefted adapts very well to the shape of the head, and has a very good air circulation she also comes with a lace front.

Easy to care for!

Synthetic wigs require washing approx every 7-10 daily wears and when that time comes simply fill your sink with cold water and add a dash of fiber shampoo to the basin and swirl it in. Next carefully comb through your synthetic wig to remove any tangles and submerge the entire piece into the basin

Don't worry about the base of your wig getting wet! Remember: The base will need a soak too and you will cause no damage to it. Leave to soak for 5-10 minutes ..

Remove your synthetic wig from the basin and gently run under clean running water and squeeze out any excess water before transferring to a clean dry towel. Leave to air dry and comb through to meet your desired style.

Care advice

Caring for synthetic wigs and toppers can be quick, easy and stress free by following just a few simple tips and tricks.

Always use a wig brush or wide tooth comb to gently remove any tangles from your hairpiece.
Fill a sink or bowl with cold water and add a cap full of synthetic fibre wig shampoo to the bowl. Gently agitate the water to foam.
Submerge your hairpiece into the water and gentle swish from side to side for a few moments before leaving to soak for 5 to 10 minutes.
Once soaked, drain the water and rinse your hairpiece under cold, clean running water to remove all the bubbles before gently squeezing the hairpiece to remove the excess water.

your squeaky clean hairpiece can now be blotted with a clean towel and left to air dry.

TIP! We find washing our wig in the evening and allowing it to air dry over night to be very helpful.

Washing your human hair wig or topper can feel scary at first but don't fear as we are here to help!

Gently remove any tangles from your hairpiece using a wig brush or a wide tooth comb.
We recommend pinning your human hair wig or topper to a care head to wash as washing this way helps to stop inversion of the hair.
Using your shower head (or a jug and clean warm water) wet the hair down and then apply a small amount of shampoo to your hands, working it down and through the lengths of the hair. DO NOT SCRUB as this can cause tangles.
Rinse thoroughly with warm water and repeat the process using conditioner being sure to avoid letting conditioner settle on the base for too long a period as this can cause shedding of the hair. Rinse well.
Squeeze out the excess water from the hair and blot dry with a towel. You can heat dry and style on the care head or remove and leave to air dry if you'd prefer.

VAT Relief

If you are purchasing a wig from us due to a medical related hair loss condition such as Alopecia, hair loss due to Chemotherapy treatment or hair loss and thinning due to medication then you are entitled to claim relief from VAT on wigs and toppers.

For every order you place we require by law that a VAT declaration form be signed and returned to us.

To claim VAT relief and enable us to remove the VAT charged at checkout, please follow the instructions here.

Our online form will take just a moment to fill out. Please allow us up to 24 hours to approve your VAT exemption as this is done manually.

PLEASE NOTE: False declaration is a criminal offense.

Returns Policy

You must notify us via email (customerservice@aspire-hair.com) within 7 days of the date your order was dispatched if you wish to return a wig or topper.
After approval, you have 7 additional days to return the item to us. (14 days return policy)

Please Note:
Returns for Jon Renau and Ellen Wille wigs or toppers incur a 10% handling and restocking fee.

How to Return an Item

Authorisation Required: Email us before returning your item. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Packaging: Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached and in their original box and packaging.
Condition:
- Items must be unworn, uncut, and unaltered.
- Must be free of any smells (perfume, smoke, pets, etc.) or adhesive residues.
Shipping: Use a trackable postal service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery. You are responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receiving your return, using your original payment method.
Items returned in an unsuitable condition will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to you.

Exchanges

Follow the same process for notifying us within 7 days of dispatch.
We will confirm the new item details via your preferred contact method.
Exchanges will only be sent out once the original item is received and inspected.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty: Any suspected fault in the manufacturing process will be assessed by the manufacturer to confirm the suspected fault.
